We accept Visa, Solo, Maestro, Visa Delta and MasterCard. We do not accept American Express, Diners Club or Visa Electron.

We can only accept payment cards accepted by our merchant payment provider. In general, cards with less than 16 digits are not suitable for use online as they are designed to be used only in shops where the card is swiped / verified by PIN. Age restrictions vary from event to event. Where possible we will provide this information at the point of sale (online, call centre or ticket centre). Usually any restrictions can be found under the Venue information on the website. It is worth noting the following: * Most venues have restrictions on very young children attending as they may disrupt the performance.* Unless the event is targeted at a young audience a venue may have a licensed bar which could mean a restriction of 18 years and above is enforced.* Children aged up to 18 years may be admitted but only if accompanied by an adult.* Some events may allow free entry to minors if they are accompanied by an adult but may not allow them to sit on the adult's lap.* Some shows may contain adult themes or bad language, which may not be suitable for younger customers.

Tickets should only be collected by the credit/debit card holder. Box office times vary from event to event but they will be available within the hour before the start of the event. You will need to quote the reference number and take the credit/debit card used to make the booking as identification.

If you have lost your credit / debit card and you need to collect your tickets, you will firstly need to contact us via the 'Contact us' tab at the top of the page. You will be advised to take with you a credit card/bank statement, ideally the one with the transaction on it. You will also need to take along your confirmation code and some alternative ID, preferably with a photograph and signature.


It is important you do contact us as we need to inform the venue prior to your arrival.


The cardholder should be present when collecting tickets held for collection at the venue. This is required for fraud prevention. In some cases it may be possible for the cardholder to give the person collecting the tickets a letter of authorisation to pass to the venue, allowing them to collect the tickets on their behalf. 

Please view the attached list. This is currently ALL the venues that WILL accept Letters of authority. If a venue is not listed here then that venue WILL NOT accept Letters of authority.

However, at any time the venue box office or the promoter of a particular show may change their rules and stop accepting Letters of authority and refuse entry.

Live Nation will not accept any responsibility should this happen and we advise customers that any booking made for collection should only be collected by the credit card holder.

For all purchases with the booking reference number format 12-34567/UK1, your order is with Ticketmaster UK.

IMPORTANT:  Please note that by changing your address by the methods below, only bookings already made will be altered. Any tickets already printed or posted out will NOT be changed and will automatically go to the address you gave when you made the booking. For all future bookings, you will need to change your address in the billing information of your My Ticketmaster Account.

Please note that Ticketmaster only sends tickets to the registered billing address of the card used to book the tickets for security reasons. As such, please do not submit a change of address request unless the billing address of the card used to pay has changed. If the details on the booking do not match up with the registered billing address of the card, this can result in the booking being cancelled.

VIP Nation

For security reasons VIP Nation will only dispatch tickets to the billing address of the card used to pay for the tickets. This procedure is in place as credit/debit card fraud is on the increase.

You will need to make sure the contact details you have given us are up to date, with preferably a current e-mail address and phone number in order to contact you easily.

Check the terms and conditions for the competition's end date, and on or just after the closing date you will be notified firstly by e-mail and then by phone. Please note that many LiveNation.co.uk competitions are for gig tickets and you may need to respond quickly so that we can get your prize set up in time. You will be notified again by e-mail with a time and date you must respond by or the prize will be re-allocated.


All ticket sellers will be instructed to inform their customers of the cancellation/rescheduling and will do so via the method of contact provided by you when you bought your tickets. 

If the gig has been rescheduled, you will be given the choice to either attend the new date or claim a refund if you are unable to attend the new date.

In a couple of short steps this guide will explain how to order your event tickets on our website.

Live Nation is the world’s largest promoter of music concerts and events. When a concert or tour is put on sale, a general release date for tickets is advised. Live Nation registered members may also be given access to presale tickets, whereby tickets are made available prior to the general sale date for a limited time and only to registered customers.

This is only required if you want to order presale tickets and be updated with the latest concert news, forthcoming shows and special offers. We recommend you create an account well in advance of the start of the presale so you are all ready to go.

If you want you order tickets after they have gone on general sale, you don’t need to be logged in to your Live Nation account.

2. Find the tickets you want to buy

If you do not see the event you wish to attend on the home page, you can search for the artist, venue or event name in the search box.

The search results page will advise any National (UK) events, International (overseas) events and artist name matches.  Click on the ‘Find Tickets’ button next to the event you wish to buy tickets for and this will take you to the event page. Check the event information and if it sounds like the gig for you, click on ‘Buy Tickets’ – You will be automatically directed through to our ticketing partner, Ticketmaster UK, to make your purchase:

Best Available Search

We will automatically choose the best seats available depending on your chosen price category and the number of tickets you require.

Seating Plan Booking

The Seating Plan Booking option allows you to purchase the exact seats you want for an event at a specific venue. Open the seating plan for an overview of all available seats, then click on the seats you want to select.

N.B. Seating Plan Booking is not available for all events.

4. Security Check

You are now asked to type out the words or numbers displayed in the box. Doing so helps prevent automated programs from abusing this service.

5. Review

If tickets are available for the event, this page will advise your prospective location in the arena, the price of the tickets and all associated booking fees. Where available, you will also be offered the option to add items to your order (e.g. Merchandise) and to donate money to our chosen charity, Cancer Research UK.

6. Delivery

Available delivery options:

TicketFast - Still the quickest delivery method available, and now even faster! Just CLICK THE LINK THAT WE'LL E-MAIL TO YOU, get your tickets right away, and print them out yourself. TicketFast® tickets should be printed no later than 24 hours before the event is due to take place.

(At the end of your transaction you will see an option to download the .pdf file for your tickets)

Standard Post - Your tickets will be posted to your billing address and delivered no later than 48 hours before the event. This is a non-secure method and if you are purchasing general admission or standing tickets some venues may not replace lost tickets. If the option is available, we suggest you use Secure Post.

Secure Post - Your tickets will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and delivered no later than 48 hours before the event.

MobileTicket - Tickets messaged to your mobile phone! Take your mobile to the event where the barcode we deliver will be scanned.

Box Office Collection - Only offered for late orders and to overseas customers. Tickets being held at the Box Office can only be retrieved by the card holder with the original credit card used for this purchase. Please also bring your booking confirmation number.

FedEx - Courier delivery with tracking facility by FedEx to addresses in the Republic of Ireland. Signature required. You will receive your tickets no later than 7 days before the event. Not available to PO Box addresses.

7. Log in/Register with Ticketmaster.co.uk

To order any tickets you will need to have an account with www.Ticketmaster.co.uk. This is not the same account as on www.livenation.co.uk

If you have ordered tickets before through Ticketmaster, click on log in and enter your email address and Ticketmaster password to continue.

If this is your first time ordering through Ticketmaster, fill in the requested information and click on Accept and Continue to create an account with them. Your tickets will be held for you whilst you complete this quick process.

N.B.  During this process, you will be asked for your contact details (email address and phone number) and it is essential you inform us should your circumstances change. We may need to contact you regarding event information and if we do not have up to date details we may not be able to do so.

8. Payment

Please enter your credit/debit card details and the purchasers name and (billing) address, ensuring everything is filled out correctly. Then press ‘Continue’.

9. Confirmation

If your transaction is successful you will be directed to a page advising such. On this page your order number will be displayed along with confirmation of the quantity of tickets you have bought, event details, venue details, your chosen delivery method and the total amount paid for your tickets.

A confirmation email will be sent to your email address, duplicating the above information.

When purchasing "tickets" the card you use at the time of booking will become your entry into the event and the card used will act as your ticket. This is done through recognition of the card details at the point of purchase and the details are then transferred onto the scanning system at the venue. You will not receive any paper tickets and instead of going to the venue's box office, you simply go direct to the door, present a valid photo ID (such as a driver's license or passport) and swipe the credit card that you used at the point of sale to gain entry to the event.

One thing to remember, your entire party must enter the venue at the same time to gain entry. No re-entry is allowed once the card has been scanned.

Virtual credit cards will not work in this process as you must present the physical credit card at the time of entry.

Most venues will sell tickets from their box office.

A Live Nation presale is when we make tickets available to registered members before they go on general sale to everyone. Presales are available online only. 

To gain access to the presale, you need to register and then log on at the time of the presale. The option to buy tickets will then become available to you.

Presale tickets are the same as those available in the general sale, they are just available earlier. We sometimes restrict the number of presale tickets to make sure enough tickets are available for the general sale period.

"Agent" means the authorised agent from whom you purchased a Ticket.

"Event" means an event to be held at the Venue.

"Live Nation" means Live Nation (Music) UK Limited, its representatives, servants, employees and sub-contractors and "Our" shall be read accordingly.

"Promoter" means the person or company staging the Event if different from Live Nation.

"Terms and Conditions" means these terms and conditions.

"Venue" means the venue as stated on the Ticket.

"Ticket" means any ticket for an Event.

"You" means you or anybody who in Live Nation's reasonable opinion is acting with your authority or permission and "Your" shall be read accordingly.

1. The Terms and Conditions incorporate, and should be read in accordance with, any Promoter, Agent and/or Venue terms, conditions and regulations, copies of which are available upon request from the Promoter, Agent and/or Venue. The Terms and Conditions and any Promoter, Agent and/or Venue terms, conditions and regulations are collectively referred to as, "Conditions". In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions, and any other Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

2. All Tickets are sold subject to the Conditions. Please read the Conditions carefully before purchase, and raise any queries with Live Nation, the Promoter, Agent or Venue (as relevant) before purchase. Your purchase of a Ticket constitutes your acceptance of the Conditions.

3. It is your responsibility to check Your Tickets as if you have made a mistake, it can not always be rectified after purchase. Please check your Tickets on receipt carefully and contact Live Nation immediately if there is a mistake.

4. If You have any special access requirements or concerns about any special effects (for example lighting, sound, audiovisual or pyrotechnic effects) which may be featured at the Event, please discuss any such issues before purchasing the Tickets with Live Nation by contacting access@livenation.co.uk. Live Nation will use its reasonable efforts to assist with any such special access requirements or concerns.

5. You must produce a valid Ticket to gain access to an Event and You must keep possession of such Ticket at all times during the Event. Your Ticket may be invalidated if any part of it is removed, altered or defaced. Live Nation will not be responsible for any Ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed.

6. Live Nation may issue duplicate Tickets in its sole discretion. If Live Nation issues a duplicate Ticket, it may charge a reasonable administration fee.

7. Please see the Event website for terms relating to Tickets for children. Children aged 15 or under will not be allowed entry to an Event unless they are supervised (for the duration of the Event) by an adult. One adult is entitled to supervise up to ten children. Live Nation will require supervisors to remove children if, in Live Nation's sole opinion, the children are causing a disturbance to other Ticket holders. Subject to it being stated otherwise in the Conditions or on the Event website, it is the responsibility of the supervisors of a child to determine whether an Event is suitable for that child to attend, and none of Live Nation, the Promoter, Agent or Venue accepts any liability or responsibility in relation to the same.

8. For seated Events, You only have the right to a seat at the Event of a value corresponding to that stated on the Ticket, and the Promoter and Live Nation acting reasonably, reserve the right to provide alternative seats at the Event to those specified on the Ticket. Where only seats of a lesser value are available, You will be offered the choice of accepting either (a) the lesser value seats available, or (b) a refund of the face value of Your Ticket.

9. Tickets are sold subject to the Promoter's and Live Nation's right to alter the advertised Event as reasonably necessary. Live Nation's total liability in relation to a cancelled Event is set out below in Conditions 14 and 16.

10. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the performance is cancelled, rescheduled or where there is a material change to the Event. A 'material' change is a change which, in Live Nation's reasonable opinion, makes the Event materially different to the Event that purchasers of the Ticket, taken generally, could reasonably expect. In respect of Tickets to theatrical performances, the use of understudies shall not be a material change.

11. It is Your responsibility to ascertain whether an Event has been cancelled or re-scheduled and the date and time of any re-scheduled Event. Where an Event is cancelled or re-scheduled, Live Nation will use its reasonable endeavours to notify You using the details You provided at the time of ordering. Live Nation does not guarantee that You will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the Event. It is also Your responsibility to inform the point of sale from where you bought the Ticket of any change to the contact address, telephone number or email address You provided at the time of purchase.

12. Where an Event is cancelled, rescheduled and you cannot or do not wish to attend the reschedule event or where there is a material change to the programme of the Event, You will be entitled to a refund in accordance with Condition 14. Liability for the cancellation or rescheduling of an Event, or for material changes to an Event, will be limited to a refund as set forth in Condition 14.

13. "Force Majeure" means any cause beyond Live Nation's control including, without limitation, act of God, war, insurrection, riot, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, national mourning, theft of essential equipment, malicious damage, strike, lock out, weather, third party injunction, national defence requirements, acts or regulations of national or local governments. Subject to the provisions of Condition 12, Live Nation will not be liable to You for failure to perform any obligation under the Conditions to the extent that the failure is caused by Force Majeure.

14. The total refund for a Ticket shall be the face value of the Ticket purchased. Personal arrangements including travel, subsistence, hospitality or accommodation relating to the Event which have been arranged by You are at Your own risk. Neither Live Nation nor the Promoter shall be liable for any loss of enjoyment or wasted expenditure in addition to refunding the face value of the Ticket.

15. In order to claim Your refund, please take your unused Ticket to the point of purchase (a) within 3 months after the original proposed date of the Event for a cancelled or rescheduled Event, or (b) as soon as possible for an Event which has been materially changed. Refunds will only be made to the person who purchased the Tickets.

16. Live Nation will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage to any person (including Yourself) or property however caused: (a) in any circumstances where there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed by Live Nation, (b) in circumstances where such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach (save for death or personal injury as a result of a breach of a legal duty of care owed by Live Nation); or (c) to the extent that any loss or damage results from breach by You of any of the Conditions.

17. Nothing in the Conditions seeks to exclude or limit any liability of Live Nation for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or any other type of liability which cannot by law be excluded or limited.

18. You may not re-sell or transfer a Ticket if prohibited by law. In addition, re-sales or transfers of Tickets may be prohibited for certain Events, pursuant to the specific terms and conditions of those Events (for example, but not limited to (a) charity Events, (b) Events where age restrictions apply because of the content of the Event or licensing requirements, or (c) balloted Events). Where a Ticket is offered for re-sale in accordance with the Conditions, You must provide the buyer with full details of the Ticket. Full details include (if printed on the Ticket) the relevant block or tier, and row and seat number. The buyer of a Ticket must be made aware of the Conditions and any other terms and conditions that are specific to the Event. You should check whether any special terms or conditions apply before offering a Ticket for resale. Free tickets are often provided for specific reasons limiting their transferability.

19. Tickets are personal revocable licences and shall at all times remain the property of Live Nation. Any Ticket obtained in breach of the Conditions will be void. Any person seeking to use a void Ticket may be refused entry to, or ejected from, the Venue without refund, and may be subject to legal action. Void Tickets are non-refundable.

20. Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person. Live Nation, the Promoter or the Agent (as applicable) will notify You of any such restriction at the time of purchase. Live Nation reserves the right, without prior notice, to cancel Tickets purchased in excess of this number, unless the purchase of an excess was due to Live Nation's error.

21. Live Nation reserves the right to refuse You entry to and/or eject You from the Event and/or Venue (and may take appropriate action to enforce this right) in reasonable circumstances including without limitation (a) for health and safety or licensing reasons, (b) if You behave in a manner which has or is likely to affect the enjoyment of other persons at the Event, (c) if You use or display threatening, abusive or insulting words or mannerisms or behave in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace, (d) if, in Live Nation's reasonable opinion, You appear to be acting under the influence of alcohol or drugs, (d) if You fail, when required, to produce proof of identity or age, (e) if You refuse to comply with Live Nation's security searches, (f) if You breach these Terms, or (g) if Your Ticket is void. No refunds will be given to You if You are refused entry or ejected due to Your own behaviour.

22. Live Nation reserves the right to conduct security searches and confiscate any item which in the opinion of Live Nation may cause danger or disruption to other persons at the Event or is one of the items not permitted in the Venue as listed in the Conditions (including those items listed in this Condition 22). You shall not bring all or any of the following into the Venue: (a) smoking materials, (b) laser pens, (c) animals (except guide dogs), (d) Your own food and drink (unless permitted by the Venue), (e) bottles, cans or glass containers (unless permitted by the Venue), (f) any item which may be interpreted as a weapon (including sharp or pointed objects such as knives), or (g) illegal substances. Notwithstanding anything else in the Conditions, neither the Promoter nor Live Nation shall be liable for any loss, theft or damage to confiscated items.

23. You must comply with any and all instructions given to You by Live Nation and/or all Venue stewards and staff. Live Nation reserves the right to restrict access to parts of the Venue.

24. If before or during the Event You have a complaint in relation to the Event (including without limitation, in relation to Your ability to view the Event), please speak to Live Nation or a steward promptly. Live Nation will use its reasonable endeavours to rectify the situation which is the cause of your complaint, however under no circumstances shall Live Nation be under any obligation to rectify the situation.

25. Warning - Prolonged exposure to loud noise may cause damage to Your hearing.

26. The use of equipment for recording or transmitting (by digital or other means) any audio, visual or audio-visual material within the Venue is strictly forbidden. You shall not bring any such equipment to the Venue or to the Event. Any recording or transmitting equipment (including professional cameras), unauthorised recordings, tapes, films or similar items may be confiscated and/or destroyed by Live Nation. Any recording made of an Event or part thereof in breach of the Conditions shall belong to the Promoter and You agree to assign any and all rights in any such recordings to the Promoter. Notwithstanding anything else in the Conditions, neither the Promoter nor Live Nation shall be liable for any loss, theft or damage to confiscated items.

27. You give Your express consent to Your actual or simulated likeness to be included for no fee within any film, photograph, audio and/or audiovisual recording to be exploited in any and all media for any purpose at any time throughout the world. This includes filming by the police or security staff which may be carried out for the security of customers or the prevention of crime.

28. Smoking within the Venue is strictly prohibited. Live Nation reserves the right, without refund, to eject any person found smoking in the Venue.

29. You may only leave and then re-enter the Venue during an Event at the discretion of the Venue.Otherwise there shall be no re-admissions or pass-outs of any kind. Depending on the type of Event, every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the Event, but admission for latecomers cannot always be guaranteed.

30. Live Nation reserves the right to allow audience members to stand in seated areas of the Venue.

31. You shall not bring into the Venue or display or distribute at the Event any sponsorship, promotional or marketing materials.

32. You must not leave any bags or other items of personal property unattended in the Venue. Any personal possessions or other items (including without limitation clothing, wallets and mobile telephones), which are found in the Venue, shall be retained by the Venue for a period of 30 days following their discovery. During this period You may collect any item which belongs to You from the Venue upon reasonable proof of identification and ownership. If, upon the expiry of 30 days from the date of its discovery, any item has not been collected by You, Live Nation reserves the right to dispose of any such items as it sees fit without any further liability to You (notwithstanding anything else in the Conditions). Where possible, any uncollected items will be donated to charity.

33. Except to the extent that Live Nation is required or permitted by law to do otherwise, personal information provided by You to Live Nation will only be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and any consents given by You in relation to Your personal information.

34. Live Nation shall be entitled to assign all and any of its rights and obligations under the Terms and Conditions without notice to You, provided that You are not adversely affected by the same.

35. If it is found by a court that any of the Conditions for any reason cannot be enforced, this shall not prevent the other provisions from continuing to apply.

36. Any delay of Live Nation in enforcing any of the Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of Live Nation's rights to do so.

37. Any person, other than the Promoter or the Agent or Venue, who is not a party to the Terms and Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of the Terms and Conditions.

38. Nothing in the Conditions and no action taken by You or Live Nation under the Conditions shall create, or be deemed to create, a partnership, joint venture or establish a relationship of principal and agent or any other fiduciary relationship between You and Live Nation beyond the relationship created under the Conditions.

39. The Conditions constitute the entire agreement between You and Live Nation in relation to the Tickets, the Event and the Venue, and supersede any previous terms and conditions, agreement or arrangement between You and Live Nation relating to the same. The Conditions cannot be varied or amended in any respect (unless agreed between You and Live Nation in writing).

40. You and Live Nation both agree that it has not entered into the Conditions in reliance of, and shall have no remedy in respect of, any statement, representation, covenant, warranty, undertaking or indemnity by any person other than as expressly set out in the Conditions. Nothing in this clause shall operate to limit or exclude any liability for fraud.

41. The Conditions do not and shall not affect Your statutory rights as a consumer. For further information about your statutory rights contact Citizens Advice, Consumer Direct or the Department for Business Innovation and Skills.

42. If any dispute arises out of the Conditions, Live Nation will attempt to settle it. To this end Live Nation shall use its reasonable endeavours to consult or negotiate in good faith, and attempt to reach a just and equitable settlement satisfactory to both parties. Although this does not restrict Your rights to pursue court proceedings, if Live Nation is unable to settle any dispute by negotiation within 21 days, the parties may attempt to settle it by mediation. To initiate a mediation a party must give written notice to the other parties to the dispute requesting a mediation. The mediation shall be conducted in accordance with the STAR Code of Practice and Dispute Resolution Procedure current at the date of referral which sets out the procedure to be adopted, the process of selection of the mediator and the costs involved, and which terms are deemed incorporated into this agreement. The Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

If you have lost your credit / debit card and you need to collect your tickets, please let us know via the 'Contact us' tab at the top of the page. You will be advised to take your credit card/bank statement, ideally the one with the transaction on it. You will also need to provide your order number and some ID, preferably with a photograph and signature. It is important that you do contact us as we need to inform the venue prior to your arrival.

Standard tickets

An overseas option will be available for all Live Nation promoted events. You will be given the option to send them to your billing address or have them left for collection from the venue box office on the day of the concert. Please Note. We can only send tickets to the billing address.

VIP Nation

It is not our policy to send tickets outside of the UK. All non UK residents will be able collect their tickets from the box office on the day of the show.

Approximately two weeks before the show we will email you with all the details i.e. your itinerary, directions and what time to collect your tickets from the box office.


Please check you have clicked on the link in the email sent to you after you registered so your account becomes active.

If you have not received your activation email, please use the 'Resend Activation Link' available here to have it resent to you.

If you have forgotten your password, please use the Forgot Password link available here. Your password will then be sent to your registered email address.

Please note. Some customers may be receiving emails from Live Nation as a past booker of tickets but are unable to log in to the website. Only customers who have completed the registration process will be able to log in. The fact that you are receiving emails does not mean that you have registered.


Standard tickets

You may receive your tickets up to seven days before the event. If your tickets have not arrived seven days before the event, please contact your ticket seller.

International delivery will take longer. If you do not receive your tickets 10 days before you leave for the UK, please use the 'Contact us' function above. Please provide your order reference number and the name of the person who bought the tickets.

Check your booking by phone: By calling 0333 321 9999 from the UK or 0044 161 425 7563 from outside of the UK you can access Ticketmaster's automated service line, to check and confirm the status of your booking and get the latest  information on when your tickets will be sent out.


We regret that we cannot exchange, refund or transfer tickets unless the event in question has been cancelled or rescheduled. This is part of the purchase policy you agree to when purchasing tickets through your ticket seller.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

There are a number of ways in which tickets are made available to customers. A full priced ticket is the most common offer for a live music event, but there are also a number of other options that can be made available and we wanted to explain what these are.

Fanclub Bundle Ticket Offers

The artist’s official fanclub is often very important to them and because of this sometimes offers made available only to their fans. This can include receiving limited edition merchandise when your buy your ticket, ranging from CDs, music downloads, signed programmes and artwork.

Bundled Ticket Offers

Sometimes an artist or record label provides us with the opportunity to offer fans a ticket combined with a CD or the chance to pre-order a CD that is yet to be released. This is part of the ticket offering and involves a single purchase including both items.

Upgrade tickets

Occasionally higher value tickets at events can become available at short notice and this can lead to customers being offered an upgrade from their originally purchased seats or an upgraded ticket to better seats at no additional cost. This can be for a number of reasons, such as the technical production equipment for the event being moved and freeing up additional seats.

Platinum Tickets

These are often the best tickets at an event and are sold at a different price from other tickets. This is because these tickets are considered to offer a special experience and they are priced accordingly. Platinum tickets can sometimes also involve other extras such as meet-and-greet experiences, event after-parties and exclusive promotional material supplied by the artists.

Resale Tickets

People may also wish to purchase tickets through the resale market, from such sites as the Ticketmaster resale site Get Me In! where they are buying tickets from other consumers, unless specifically marked otherwise.

Discount Tickets

Ticket offers are rare in the live entertainment industry, but can be used from time to time in what is an increasingly competitive marketplace. Some examples of this are 2 for 1 offers and discounted tickets which can be made available at any time during the sale period for an event at the discretion of the event organisers. Offers may be made available through a number of channels including, though not exclusively, Live Nation, Ticketmaster, TM Deals and Groupon. Unfortunately it is not possible for us to retrospectively offer a deal to existing customers that have already purchased their tickets.

If you have a confirmation/order number but have not yet received a confirmation email there is no need to worry. The fact that you have an order number usually signifies the booking has been successful. Please check the email address given is spelt correctly as this can lead to failure in receiving your confirmation email.

Credit Card Protection: When you purchase online, credit card purchases are generally protected against fraud by law, and your liability is limited. Check with your credit card company for details. Be aware that improvements in technology have significantly decreased any chance of Internet credit card fraud.

You will not receive physical paper tickets for Paperless Ticket events. Instead of going to the venue's Box Office for the collection of your tickets, you should go directly to the door, present a valid photo ID (such as a driver's license or passport) and swipe the credit card that was used to buy the ticket in order to gain entry to the event. The name on your photo ID must match the name on the credit/debit card used for the ticket purchase, otherwise you will be refused entry to the event. Your entire party must enter the venue at the same time with the valid credit card. Tickets are non-transferable.
Virtual credit card users: please do not use virtual credit card account numbers for Paperless Ticket purchases as you must present the physical credit card at the time of entry.
