We accept Visa, Solo, Maestro, Visa Delta and MasterCard. We do not accept American Express, Diners Club or Visa Electron.

We can only accept payment cards accepted by our merchant payment provider. In general, cards with less than 16 digits are not suitable for use online as they are designed to be used only in shops where the card is swiped / verified by PIN. When you're booking a ticket, whether it's online or over the phone, we'll always be sure to give you a clear breakdown of exactly what charges are involved. The total you pay to receive your tickets is usually made up of:

• The face value of each ticket

• The service charge for each ticket

• An order processing fee for the whole booking

 

We know no one likes to pay extra costs, so we do everything we can to keep our fees as low as we can, while still being able to offer you the best possible service.

 

Face Value

This is the base cost of your ticket decided by the promoter, venue and artist.

 

Service Charge

Is a fee that goes to the ticket seller to help cover the costs involved in running the website and booking line. The service charge can vary depending on the event and is agreed based on the costs involved in putting the show on and organising the tickets.

 

Order Processing Fee

This is usually one charge for the entire order and covers the cost of processing the booking from beginning to end. This means processing your payment and delivering your tickets, whether that's by post, box office collection or TicketFast.

 

Facility Fee

Occasionally, there may also be a facility fee. This is set by the venue's box office and is usually there to help the venue make improvements.

In a couple of short steps this guide will explain how to order your event tickets on our website.

Live Nation is the world’s largest promoter of music concerts and events. When a concert or tour is put on sale, a general release date for tickets is advised. Live Nation registered members may also be given access to presale tickets, whereby tickets are made available prior to the general sale date for a limited time and only to registered customers.

Required

-  An account with our ticketing partner www.ticketmaster.co.uk.  You can register HERE if you do not already have an account with Ticketmaster

-  A credit or debit card -  We accept American Express, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Visa Delta, Visa Electron and Visa. Unfortunately we do not accept Diners and Laser cards.


Optional

-  An account (insert link: http://www.livenation.co.uk/Account/LoginOrRegister?ReturnUrl=%2fMyLN%2fLanding) with www.LiveNation.co.uk (Required for presales only)

-  Adobe Reader 4.0 or higher (Should you select to receive e-tickets via the ticketfast option).


1. Log in to www.livenation.co.uk

This is only required if you want to order presale tickets and be updated with the latest concert news, forthcoming shows and special offers. We recommend you create an account well in advance of the start of the presale so you are all ready to go.

If you want you order tickets after they have gone on general sale, you don’t need to be logged in to your Live Nation account.


2. Find the tickets you want to buy

If you do not see the event you wish to attend on the home page, you can search for the artist, venue or event name in the search box.

The search results page will advise any National (UK) events, International (overseas) events and artist name matches.  Click on the ‘Find Tickets’ button next to the event you wish to buy tickets for and this will take you to the event page. Check the event information and if it sounds like the gig for you, click on ‘Buy Tickets’ – You will be automatically directed through to our ticketing partner, Ticketmaster UK, to make your purchase:


3. Select the number and location of the tickets you want

For some shows, there are two ways to select your tickets:

Best Available Search

We will automatically choose the best seats available depending on your chosen price category and the number of tickets you require.


Seating Plan Booking

The Seating Plan Booking option allows you to purchase the exact seats you want for an event at a specific venue. Open the seating plan for an overview of all available seats, then click on the seats you want to select.

N.B. Seating Plan Booking is not available for all events.


4. Security Check

You are now asked to type out the words or numbers displayed in the box. Doing so helps prevent automated programs from abusing this service.


5. Review

If tickets are available for the event, this page will advise your prospective location in the arena, the price of the tickets and all associated booking fees. Where available, you will also be offered the option to add items to your order (e.g. Merchandise) and to donate money to our chosen charity, Cancer Research UK.


6. Delivery

Available delivery options:

TicketFast - Still the quickest delivery method available, and now even faster! Just CLICK THE LINK THAT WE'LL E-MAIL TO YOU, get your tickets right away, and print them out yourself. TicketFast® tickets should be printed no later than 24 hours before the event is due to take place.

(At the end of your transaction you will see an option to download the .pdf file for your tickets)

Standard Post - Your tickets will be posted to your billing address and delivered no later than 48 hours before the event. This is a non-secure method and if you are purchasing general admission or standing tickets some venues may not replace lost tickets. If the option is available, we suggest you use Secure Post.

Secure Post - Your tickets will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and delivered no later than 48 hours before the event.

MobileTicket - Tickets messaged to your mobile phone! Take your mobile to the event where the barcode we deliver will be scanned.

Box Office Collection - Only offered for late orders and to overseas customers. Tickets being held at the Box Office can only be retrieved by the card holder with the original credit card used for this purchase. Please also bring your booking confirmation number.

FedEx - Courier delivery with tracking facility by FedEx to addresses in the Republic of Ireland. Signature required. You will receive your tickets no later than 7 days before the event. Not available to PO Box addresses.


7. Log in/Register with Ticketmaster.co.uk

To order any tickets you will need to have an account with www.Ticketmaster.co.uk. This is not the same account as on www.livenation.co.uk

If you have ordered tickets before through Ticketmaster, click on log in and enter your email address and Ticketmaster password to continue.

If this is your first time ordering through Ticketmaster, fill in the requested information and click on Accept and Continue to create an account with them. Your tickets will be held for you whilst you complete this quick process.

N.B.  During this process, you will be asked for your contact details (email address and phone number) and it is essential you inform us should your circumstances change. We may need to contact you regarding event information and if we do not have up to date details we may not be able to do so.


8. Payment

Please enter your credit/debit card details and the purchasers name and (billing) address, ensuring everything is filled out correctly. Then press ‘Continue’.


9. Confirmation

If your transaction is successful you will be directed to a page advising such. On this page your order number will be displayed along with confirmation of the quantity of tickets you have bought, event details, venue details, your chosen delivery method and the total amount paid for your tickets.

A confirmation email will be sent to your email address, duplicating the above information.

Compact cameras are normally permitted for personal use. Professional cameras and video/audio equipment are strictly prohibited. Live video/audio recordings made without the permission of the artist/promoter are prohibited. However this is event specific and we would always advise you check with the venue before you arrive at the event. Photo passes will only be issued to accredited members of the press.

Backstage passes are not issued for any Live Nation promoted shows.

For some shows, meet and greet tickets will be available to purchase when making your booking and these will be clearly advertised if available.

If not, it will not be possible to purchase back stage passes or meet the artists. Any requests should be directed to the artist's management via their website. N.B. Live Nation are unable to supply contact details due to confidentiality agreements in place.

We no longer offer disabled access tickets. Customers wishing to attend with disabled access are instructed to purchase any standard event ticket for however long they wish to attend. We then ask for you to complete our application form for all access requirements and any PA/Carer ticket requests alongside your proof of disability documentation for validation of your request. Disabled Access is now being treated as a free add on feature to any event ticket. 

We are currently finalising our new application process. Once this is ready, we will be emailing it directly to our 2016 customer list. I can confirm that your information is now on this list. 

For now, please feel free to go ahead and purchase your own event ticket. You can apply for your PA/Carer ticket once our form is available. Please don't buy a ticket for your PA/Carer as we will not be able to refund it for you if your free ticket is granted. If the outcome of your application will not enable you to attend the event comfortably, then we will honour a refund of your event ticket.

Once you've bought your ticket, you'll need to apply for access to the facilities you need and/or a Personal Assitant ticket, if required. If you are applying for a child or teen please contact the Disabled Access Team.

You can apply during an application period that will be advertised on the festival website. Any requests made before or after the application period will not be reviewed.

For 2016, disabled access customers should buy a standard festival ticket .Please buy your festival ticket first. You will then need to apply via our online disabled access application form on the festival website. You apply for access to disabled customer facilities and/or a free Personal Assistant ticket, if required.

Any applicants under the age of 16 will need to have a Personal Assistant/Carer who is 18 or over.

The application for disabled access is an online application form via the relevant festival website's disabled access information section.

Unless you are on the Festival Republic access database all applications require supporting documentation as evidence of disabled access requirements. This is mandatory in order for applications to be processed. This information helps us plan to best meet your access requirements.

Please include one of the following with your completed form;

DLA/PIP letter or equivalent (Front page only)
Medical professional’s letter
Blue Badge –Not sufficient if applying for a PA/Carer ticket but adequate  for parking only requests
D/deaf  or blind registration
The Access Card or equivalent

Please submit your documentation with application form in order for this to be processed. All documentation is kept secure and confidential; this is then destroyed securely after processing.  If you wish to join Festival Republic’s access database then please indicate on your application. The database ensures that for a period of 3 years you do not need to submit supporting evidence with each festival application as you will prior approved for all festivals. We only hold your name and email details on the database.

If you are unable to include your documentation, please make a note in the Additional Notes section that it has been forwarded either by fax, email or post.

You can apply during an application period that will be advertised on the festival website. Any requests made before or after the application period will not be reviewed.
