Q. Will the artist/band be at the pre/post show party?
A. Unless stated on the package information the artist will not be present at the pre or post show party.
Q. Will we have a private table for our guests?
A. If your party is of 10, 11, 12 then you will be allocated a private table, if not you will be on a shared table.
Q. Where included, what will the souvenir item be?
A. Every tour is different so the souvenir item will differ per tour.
Q. Can I choose my souvenir item?
A. Unfortunately not.
Q. I did not collect my merchandise/souvenir item at the venue; can it be sent to me post-show?
A. Unfortunately not, these items can only be collected at the venue on the day of the show.
Q. Can I come to a hospitality event without a ticket?
A. Unfortunately not. You need a ticket to gain access into the venue.
Q. What happens if I have a problem on the day of the show?
A. On the day of an event please call the event helpline number stated on your pre-event information email. During an event please speak to our event staff and they will endeavour to assist.
Q. When is the post show party?
A. The post show party starts as soon as the concert finishes and runs for an hour unless otherwise stated.
Q. What is the dress code?
A. There is no strict dress code but what we would say is for winter or outdoor events…wrap up warm! And if the weather looks inclement please bring waterproofs just in case of rain.
Q. For outside events/shows can I bring an umbrella?
A. Unfortunately not. The event stewards will ask you to take down your umbrella as it will obstruct the view of people behind you.
Q. Are there a minimum/maximum number of people that can attend an event?
A. The minimum number is one and the maximum number will be stated on the Ticketmaster package link, under Ticket limits. If you have a larger party please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q. A member of our party has special dietary requirements, how do I let you know?
A. You can inform us of dietary requirements up to a week prior to the show by emailing email@example.com. There may be an additional charge if meals have to be sourced from other caterers’ i.e. kosher meals.
Q. Is car parking included in my package?
A. Parking generally is not included unless specifically stated. Most major venues have large car parks in the close vicinity however we suggest you call the venue direct to find out more information.
Q. Are drinks included in the price?
A. The contents of each VIP Nation package differ from event to event so please check the package content.
Q. How far in advance do I need to book?
A. It is always best to book as early as possible to ensure access to the best possible facilities.
Q. When will the concert start?
A. Timings vary depending upon the number of support acts & the package that you have purchased. Your itinerary & timings will be sent to you by email within one week of the show.
Q. Are there any extra hidden costs e.g. booking fees?
A. There are no hidden costs. The price shown is the price to be paid.
Q. How can I get back stage or meet the artists?
A. Back stage passes are not issued for any Live Nation promoted shows. For some shows, ‘meet and greet’ packages will be available to purchase. If not, it will not be possible to purchase back stage passes or meet the artists.
